In this corner, hope.
That’s what Rock Steady Boxing means for people living with Parkinson’s, who are literally fighting back against the disease.

Rock Steady Boxing

Rock Steady Boxing is a community of passionate people fighting back against Parkinson’s. Headquartered in Indianapolis, the staff of Rock Steady Boxing has developed a training program that specifically targets symptoms of Parkinson’s. Their method has been lauded and now prescribed by movement specialist neurologists. Beyond just seeing impressive physical improvements, the boxers in the program can look forward to a community of people who are going through the same challenges. Rock Steady Boxing is a family.

There are more than 1 million people in the United States diagnosed with Parkinson’s, and Rock Steady Boxing’s goal is have gyms and communities everywhere offering their programming. The training doesn’t need a lot of fancy equipment; to work, it just needs passionate people ready to make a difference in the lives of those with Parkinson’s.
